What you buy

  • Every product is a digital PDF file.
  • Files are delivered by download after payment.
  • There are no courses, sessions, calls or memberships.
  • Page counts are estimates and may change between editions.

License

  • Your license is single user and non transferable.
  • It covers personal use by one named buyer.
  • You may print one copy for your own use.
  • Team or company use needs a separate written license.

What is prohibited

  • Resale of the files, in whole or in part.
  • Redistribution, uploading or public posting.
  • File sharing with other people or accounts.
  • Removing notices or reselling derived versions.
  • We may revoke access for a breach.

No promises about outcomes

  • The material is educational only.
  • We do not provide coaching or personal advice.
  • We do not promise a job, a title or an income.
  • You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Refunds

  • Digital files are refundable only if the download fails.
  • Contact hello@longevshop.com within 14 days of purchase.
  • We may replace a corrupted file instead of refunding.
  • Change of mind after download is not a refund reason.

EU right of withdrawal

  • Delivery begins immediately after payment.
  • By buying, you consent to that immediate delivery.
  • You acknowledge you lose the 14 day withdrawal right.
  • This applies to digital content supplied at once.

Pricing and currency

  • All prices are in Australian dollars.
  • Taxes are added at checkout where required.
  • Prices can change without notice.
  • The price shown at payment is the price you pay.

Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • We are not liable for lost profit or lost earnings.
  • Our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
  • Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

  • These terms follow the law of Victoria, Australia.
  • Disputes go to the courts of Victoria, Australia.
  • If a clause is invalid, the rest still applies.
